Contests

For Creators

Creators are responsible for:

• Ensuring their contests comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing accurate information about prizes and selection criteria.
• Delivering prizes as promised to winners.
• Obtaining any necessary permissions for branded content or intellectual property used in contests.

For Participants

Participants agree to:

• Provide accurate information when entering contests.
• Complete tasks honestly and as directed.
• Accept that contest outcomes are final unless there is clear evidence of fraud or technical error.
• Be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with accepting prizes.

Intellectual Property
